The theme for the day’s meeting was “Let’s Go Camping”

We are a Beaverton Toastmasters Club that meets weekly. Kristin was Toastmaster today. Her recent camping trips inspired the desire to share how to take part. Today’s prepared speech was given by Tom, who provided a peek into what his family did in nurturing a child through foreign adoption. Summer was the General Evaluator for her first time. Evan evaluated Tom’s speech. Today’s meeting took place in the Beaverton Library Auditorium, which gives us practice in working a large lecture hall.
