The theme for the day’s meeting was “The Race is ON!”

We are a Beaverton Toastmasters Club that meets weekly. Tom was Toastmaster. His race was on as soon as he found the ground had warmed up and dashed to the store for plant starts. He and every other gardener. Evan was the positivity Master who reminded us of the physical benefits of humming, tapping, singing along to a tune. Our WOD, by Grammarian Jose, was “Endurance”.  Lorri gave us a chance to hear a speaker who won the 2021 Toastmasters International Speech contest.  The club did a round robin evaluation of the recorded speech. Patrick was Table Topics Master and gave us impromptu challenges with athletic themes. The winner was Tom. Our next meeting will be on Zoho as listed on our page, Meeting Information. See you there.
