Pic The theme for the day’s meeting was “Developing Confidence”

We are a Beaverton Toastmasters Club that meets weekly. Lorri was the Toastmaster organizing our day. Patrick gave a delightful speech concerning his suggestions for improving the flow of traffic and tempers in the Portland area. It was tongue in cheek funny with many clever phrases. It was done well enough that the unrehearsed speech evaluator did not offer suggestions for improvement. Pradip, the general evaluator then suggested the speech evaluator could improve his eval by offering the speaker suggestions for improvement. The speaker says, “The group is amazing.  Everyone is so good at communication and just so encouraging.  I would hang out with everyone even if there was no group.  Great people!” The grammarian’s WOD: courage. Yan handled Table Topics with questions related to the theme. We had fun. The meeting ended early. TimberTalker’s next meeting will be hybrid on Zoho as listed on our Meeting’s page.
