Tuesday, August 20, 2024, 12 Noon – 1 PM PT Theme: Thunderstorms

The theme for the day’s meeting is “Thunderstorms”

We are a Beaverton Toastmasters Club that meets weekly. The theme was Thunderstorms due to recent weather activity. Kristin was the Toastmaster of the day. Tom gave a prepared speech on Weather Trauma and invited feedback in the round robin style.

Today we had a guest. Our next meeting will be on Zoom. The next meetings at the Beaverton Library will be on Sept 10 and 17, 2024.

We are a group of fun, welcoming, varied learners, all trying to get better or refine our public speaking, with some leadership growth thrown in. You are welcome to attend as a guest and if you are looking to make it official to get some real practice, we can certainly help you out with that, too.
