Tuesday, Feb 11, 2025 -12 Noon – 1 PM PT – Theme: Old-Timey Valentine Day Traditions

The theme for the day’s meeting was “Old-Timey Valentine Day Traditions”

We are a Beaverton Toastmasters Club that meets weekly.  We met at the Beaverton Library and on Zoom. Linda was Toastmaster of the day, who interspersed trivia from former Valentines days such as Vinegar Valentines. Kristin’s prepared speech was her recap of being Contest Toastmaster at the recent Area Contest for Toastmasters International. The Grammarian role was kept by Leela and the Word of the day was “RED” in honor of the Theme of the Day.

Toastmasters Club #4421 (since 1996)

We meet every Tuesday at 12:00pm on Zoom and 2x month in person (see Meeting Information at top of page). We are a safe group who welcome learners since we are all trying to improve our public speaking. Come as a guest and if you are eager to join, Toastmasters has the Pathways program with online instruction and exercises.
