The theme for the day’s meeting was “Iiiiit’s Snow-Time!”

We are a Beaverton Toastmasters Club that meets weekly. Kristin was the Toastmaster today. Her chosen theme was based on the upcoming weather report of snow down to the 500 foot level.  We’ve had sunny skies that have fooled the flowers into blooming early. Lorri had the Positivity role and was also the Um Counter. Summer handled the Grammarian role. Her WOD, Word of the Day in keeping with the theme was “flurry”. Pradip who is eager to get his practice in and advance his skills gave a prepared speech about his daughter being a polyglot. His speech was given a warm response and he will likely give it again at another club. There was a tie in the table topics portion of the meeting. The squawker implement was practiced on Tom. The club and may be used at future in-person meetings. The Club Officer Board meeting was postponed to next Thursday afternoon. All are welcome. Next week’s meeting will be on Zoho.
