The theme for the day’s meeting was “Christmas in July”

We are a Beaverton Toastmasters Club that meets weekly. Lorri was Toastmaster today whose theme gave us a blast of refreshing coolness to counter the hot temps we are having this week. The prepared speech was given by Pradip who recounted the loss of a boyhood chum because of a television set. Evan provided the WOD (Word of the Day) “Deference”. We met in the Beaverton Library Auditorium and on line. Pradip won the Table Topics retelling his enjoyment of dual holiday traditions.
