The theme for the day’s meeting was “Comfortably Uncomfortable”

We are a Beaverton Toastmasters Club that meets weekly. Our meeting was held today in the Cathy Stanton room at the Beaverton Library. Our Toastmaster and Timer today was Evan. Sometimes we need to get out of our comfort zone. Dan’s positivity message was from his heart after searching hours and hours on Google to find something appropriate. Dan, also Grammarian, gave us “Pepper” as the WOD. Jose inserted it into his into his inspirational speech on not waiting for someone to give you permission to lead. Jose was our Tech master. Lorri was Table Topics master providing prompts fitting with today’s theme. We had a guest, who was stepping out of her comfortable zone by attending today. Kristin was Jose’s Evaluator, who used the sandwich method to provide positive feedback and an idea for improvement. Summer was GE. Our next meeting is on line with Zoho.
