The theme for the day’s meeting was “Cape Disappointment”

We are a Beaverton Toastmasters Club that meets weekly. Kristin was Toastmaster today, speaking about Cape Disappointment. Summer provided “Lackluster” as our themed Word Of The Day (WOD). Tom was today’s speaker who spoke of reflections starting from the power of a Corn Seed. Pradip did table topics. Evan handled his first time as General Evaluator. Toastmasters gives us a way to practice our speaking and technical skills by using these roles as jumping off points to exercise big and small ways.
