The theme for the day’s meeting was “REWRITE THE SCRIPT”

We are a Beaverton Toastmasters Club that meets weekly. Summer was the Toastmaster who gave us permission to do a Redraft. Our Positivity Master, Jose, encouraged us to let go of the old scripts, edit our growth and “edit often.” Evan directed the Word of the Day, to be “Pivot” which we could use in drafting our speaking for the day. Our prepared speaker was Dan who gave his icebreaker about his early life, marriage and even learning how to surf.
